Real Salt Lake U-18 academy player Andrew Brody has been called up by the Claret-and-Cobalt to train with them until June 15th.
Brody joined RSL on June 1st and played in his second reserve league match the following day vs San Jose Earthquakes. RSL lost the game, 2-1, with Brody entering the game in the 78th minute. Matt Montgomery who runs the excellent rslsoapbox.com had a chance to check out the match and spoke highly of Brody’s performance saying,
The academy prospect came on late and moved around well, but he didn’t have enough time to really put a mark on the match.
The next reserve game for Brody is on June 15th vs USLPRO side Phoenix FC.
Big thanks to Denzel Eslinger, rslperspective.com, who took some pictures of Brody in the game.
