Once per week we will take a look at the current standings for our U18 and U16 Academy teams.
RSL U18 Academy Overview – Team was idle last week. Real So Cal who was in first place won and tied this past weekend. RSL is “technically” in second place, 2 games and 4 points behind So Cal, but has a better points per game average.
Last Game – RSL had no games this past weekend. Two weeks ago RSL lost to Real So Cal, 3-0, on (3/9/13). On Sunday, (3/10/13) RSL defeated Arsenal FC, 2-0.
Right Now – RSL is 14-3-3 on the season and is in first place in the Southwest Division with an average of 2.25 points per game. So Cal is averaging 2.23 points per game
Up Next – RSL is going to have a long break before their next scheduled academy games on April 6th & 7th which will be played in Seattle. They will be traveling to Texas on Friday for Dallas Cup.
RSL U16 Academy Overview – Team was idle last week. Real So Cal and Chivas USA won both of their games this past weekend. RSL is “technically” in third place, 2 games and 5 points behind first place, but has the second best points per average in Southwest Division.
Last Game – RSL had no games this past weekend. Two weeks ago RSL and Real So Cal played to a, 2-2, draw on (3/9/13). On Sunday, (3/10/13) RSL defeated Arsenal FC, 3-0.
Right Now – RSL is 13-3-4 on the season and is in second place in the Southwest Division with an average of 2.15 points per game. First place Real So Cal is averaging 2.18 points per game.
