CASA Grande, Ariz. – GSA Exports has been a feature on this blog that has tracked the performances of our former players who are playing professional or called up to a national team. This post is another GSA Exports, but a little different. We have wonderful student-athletes at the Grande Sports Academy and every single one has been offered a college scholarship. Over 40 of our former players are playing in the 2013 collegiate season and we will be tracking their performances every week here on our GSA Exports College Edition post.

The collegiate season kicked off last Friday and a number of our graduates are already off to a fantastic start. Below are recaps, links, videos and pictures from the opening week of collegiate action.

ACC – American Athletic Conference
Andrew Brody, M, #7 Louisville – Started, played 70 minutes and ASSISTED on both of Louisville’s goals in a 2-1 victory over Virginia on Friday. Brody’s first assist gave Louisville the lead in the 22nd minute when fellow GSA graduate Ricardo Velazco tapped the cross into the net. The second assist for Brody was the game winner when his cross was headed into the back of the net.
